Generating high pressure from a low-pressure
hydraulic source
The MP series of hydraulic pressure intensifiers are
reciprocating and will deliver a continous flow of oil
during the pressure build-up. The intensifieres work automatically
when connected to a supply line and a tank line, and will
continue to work until the end pressure has been reached.
Then the intensifieres will stop, and only work to make
up for a consuption of oil on the high pressure side.
All high pressure valves are integrated. As an option
also a pilot operated check valve, which allows the high
pressure to be evacuated back to the tank.
Having high pressure valves incorporated including
a pilot operated check valve for relieving the pressure
on the high pressure side, the MP series offers a cost
efficient solution for intensifications needs.
The intensifiers of the MP series are small in size
which allows them to be fitted near to a high-pressure
cylinder and long high-pressure connections are avoided.
