CAM UNITS FOR PUNCHING TOOLS
STRACK NORMA GmbH has enlarged its product range with aerial
cams of OMCR.
Therefore the already introduced roller cams and lateral slide
units with cam systems experience a significant enlargement.
The high quality level of OMCR slide units is a proof of high
precision and reliability. Short delivery times guarantee an
uninterrupted availability within the planned time of tool manufacturing,
being simultaneously combined with low costs. An optimal sliding
combination between hardened sliding surfaces and low-maintenance
sliding elements allows highest guiding precision and long service
lives. The new product line allows high flexibility (fixed operating
angles of 0-65º including all intermediate sizes in 5º
steps).
The aerial cams combine a simple tool construction with high
product volumes. The upper part slides CHD, which are produced
for applications in large-sized dies, are offered in working
widths of 50-300 mm. All slides are naturally equipped with
an external positive return, which withdraws the slide in case
of spring failure. The arrangement of the sliding elements in
prism form allows high precision, despite the simultaneous lateral
forces.
Other slide generations are already in the planning stage and
will complete the product range in the future.
